About the Buying Process

No, we don’t buy every property we evaluate. However, we do our best to help every homeowner who contacts us—whether that means making an offer or helping them explore alternative solutions.

After reviewing it, we’ll present a cash offer and, if agreed upon, handle the paperwork and closing arrangements.
